GCN400A-S Four axis universal controller

The GCN series universal controller is a highly integrated high-performance controller launched by Takagawa Technology.This series of products is equipped with a maximum 20K instruction cache and strong real-time processing ability.Especially in the process of continuous trajectory movement,there is no time gap between instructions and the connection speed between segments is automatically planned.Therefore,the continuous trajectory movement speed is faster and the trajectory is smoother,Its excellent trajectory planning and speed foresight functions are excellent in high-precision complex trajectory motion control.

The GCN series universal controller can control 1-10 axis servo or stepper motors,support upper computer mode and offline mode,support 2-8 axis linear interpolation,any 2-axis planar arc interpolation,and any 3-axis spatial arc/spiral interpolation.The maximum pulse frequency of each axis is 4MHz,and the interpolation motion has functions such as S-shaped speed curve,small circle speed limit,PWM vector speed following,reverse gap compensation,and system maximum acceleration limit.Equipped with multi-channel universal IO,supporting high-speed position locking and position comparison output,continuous interpolation cache I/O,compatible with expansion modules,greatly meeting customers'various control needs for I/O.

GCN series general controller is equipped with Dynamic-link library under WINDOWS system,so users can easily program the controller.It also provides GCS debugging software with rich functions and user-friendly interface,which can test the controller interface and all functions without programming.
